January Monthly Meeting
Dr. Molly Perdue from the Alzheimer’s Family Support Center, spoke to us about
the center in Brewster that is providing psychosocial educational supports to families, professionals and individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other dementia-related diseases. Services include support groups, consultations, care planning, phone support, education, insurance support, and social and cultural programming-at no cost.
An important message for all of us to prevent cognitive loss is to stay active and involved in social activities.
